This clinic serves the region of Rigo on the coast of Papua south-east of Port Moresby. The area population is around 2,000 people. Patients requiring further medical treatment have to be carried on a stretcher for 8 hours to the main road from where they can hail a PMV transport to Port Moresby. The PNG government completed the clinic from their funding.
